The Shadow is an invaluable resource hidden inside you. This 3-part collection of audio recordings from previous webinars will give you the tools to unlock this resource and make your Shadow a powerful ally for facing life’s inevitable challenges.
The gifts of the Shadow remain largely unknown to us because we habitually reject, disown, and deny that the Shadow exists. We try desperately to ignore it because it is the embodiment of our vulnerabilities, flaws, weaknesses, and inferiorities, but ignoring it causes all kinds of problems in our life and ultimately prevents us from fulfilling our potential.
In contrast, when we integrate the stranger living inside us, we build true confidence, expand our capacity for intimacy, and gain access to our most authentic self-expression.
You will learn:
A comprehensive definition of the Shadow
Guided exercises in how to visualize it
How to build a relationship with it
What to do when it takes over
How to enlist it to help you set boundaries
There is also plenty of one-on-one work with participants. Barry and Kristan dive deep into the intricacies of how the Shadow shows up in their lives and how to befriend it. This kind of work is invaluable to witness, as the more you see how the Shadow operates in others, the more likely you are to be able to identify it easily in yourself.
The bundle includes 3 webinars that were originally offered in 2020:
Part 1: The Shadow as Liberator (3 hours)
Part 2: Working With Your Shadow (2 hours)
Part 3: Deep Dive (2 hours)
This is important, timely work. In addition to what you gain individually, the effort you put into reaching and accepting your Shadow benefits all of humanity by transforming you from an unconsciously divisive force into a whole-heartedly unifying force and ally.
