Week 2: Buy Box / Ideal Win Scenario – Learn how to identify exactly the type of business partnerships you should pursue that line up with YOUR experience, expertise, connections, and your ideal win scenario
Week 3: Gaining Authority / How To Create Unbelievable Magnetism In The Marketplace – I will share my play book to creating incredible REAL and IMPLIED authority so that you never have to try to justify your worth, the equity % you are asking for, and that you are capable to getting the desired result – ever again…
Week 4: Deal Origination Methods – Beyond the “Equity Partner Angle”, Chris will teach you 4 other very powerful and surprisingly easy deal origination methods…
Week 5: Consulting For Equity Q & A Session w/ Chris, Carl, and the Coaches – As you go through the processes of originating deals, having discovery sessions with business owners, and gaining authority, you will have lots of questions. These Q & A sessions are designed to give you a chance to ask your questions to the coaches directly and get real time feedback and answers.
Week 6: Seller Conversation Role Play – I will share my playbook for talking to business owners and leveraging the art of discovery and having in-depth, wide open consultative conversations. We will role play together and I will give you a list of the most powerful questions you can leverage to find the bleeding problems in a business quickly.
Week 7: Negotiations & Deal Structure – Knowing what to do and what to say to get someone to offer your equity is merely one step in the process. Structuring partnerships that minimize risk, negotiating large retainer fees, and finding win-win, fair and equitable deals is a another ballgame. But don’t worry, we will teach you.
Week 8: Legals and Contracts – Learn which contracts and legal documents should be leveraged to make your new partnerships official. Carl and our resident attorney expert, David Girault, will explain exactly how this works to minimize your risk, and maximize your income.
Week 9: Landing BIG Deals w/ Marc – On this call, we will have a very special guest who will walk you through his unique method of doing BIG consulting for equity deals and share his experiences.
Week 10: Consulting For Equity Q & A Session w/ Chris, Carl, and the Coaches – To end the 10-weeks of calls, we will do one more open Q & A session. These Q & A sessions are designed to give you a chance to ask your questions to the coaches directly and get real time feedback and answers.
