What is the Quantum Growth Track?

In the Fall of 2022, my life came crashing down around me.

I had built an empire that I was very proud of, but the fuel source was all wrong. Many entrepreneurs make this mistake: instead of restructuring their “limitations,” they simply power through them. The problem with limitations is that they do not go away just because you ignore them. Unless you restructure or reprogram them, they will bide their time and show up again and again.

For most of my career, I had been driven by the fear of loss, anxiety and comparison. Most entrepreneurs I meet and work with today have a long list of achievements that were almost exclusively driven by their trauma. I can relate; as someone who grew up without many resources, I was typically the odd man out in social settings. My personality didn’t fit in with the crowd and I learned as a kid that to avoid embarrassment I had to act a certain way. An easy way to convince myself that I could fit in was to get rich; and get rich I did…

When my life started to lose its momentum, I experienced what trauma psychologists call “age regression.” If you are 12 years old and experience trauma, that “program” or limitation will stay with you until you deal with it. If a few years go by, and you experience a triggering event as a 35 year old, you will experience this age regression: your mind and body revert back to the age when the program was installed, and you become limited by the 12 year old version of yourself.

This was a grueling period of my life.

It forced me to begin studying the realm of the mind as desperately as I had studied the realm of money and business. As a seasoned business consultant, I have experienced jaw-dropping success with many thousands of clients. My track record was impeccable, but my brain began to betray me as soon as I felt trapped in this juvenile version of myself. A period of 2 months turned into 12 months which turned into two years, and the more I studied, the more I realized how inadequate our entrepreneurial training has become.

Here are some examples of what I found:

You will never outrun the leash of conflicting values (in short, stop trying to accomplish bigger goals and start creating better values — I will go deeper on this)

How we look at something creates its implications (our body will respond to the level of importance our brains put on the thing; it has nothing to do with whether something is good or bad and everything to do with how important we tell ourselves it is)

Beliefs override emotions AND decisions (discipline will not save you, but it can deplete your body’s hormones and pollute your meridian pathways if you are overflying on discipline and don’t learn how to tap into aligned flow)

Slowly, I began to teach clients what I was learning.

I stood in front of 60 clients at a small event in Nashville, TN two years ago and shared the first lesson. It was a profound moment of actualization, where I became comfortable in my own skin and people not only accepted it, they loved it.

The reason I was so nervous to share these things is because I had compared myself to other people for so many years. You rarely see people at the top falling to the bottom. Watching them bounce back from it is even more rare. The feedback from this event was so overwhelming that I decided to do another event to take them deeper.

This rocked our client community and began the methodical (but rapid) work of reprogramming YEARS of the damaging scripts that had been installed into their brains from an early age.

This is not a ‘magic wand,’ but it’s as close as you can get, scientifically speaking. Since then, I’ve taught this material multiple times and have added several layers to the programming. Last year, the leadership team and I discussed taking all of this material and compressing it into a bite-sized, “linear” format to boost our client revenues for the next year.

I took my entire methodology and re-organized ~15% of it into a 4-week seminar that paired training, exercises & homework (I know homework is a dirty word but unless you’re willing to do something, the information is a waste).
