What Is the Raikov Effect?
The Raikov Effect is a self-improvement program inspired by the work of Vladimir Raikov, a Russian neuropsychologist. In the 1970s, Raikov conducted experiments where he used hypnosis to make participants believe they were geniuses—artists like Raphael or scientists like Einstein. His subjects reportedly exhibited extraordinary creativity and skill without prior training.
The modern iteration builds on these concepts through a structured training program combining modeling, visualization, hypnosis, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), and other psychological techniques.

How It’s Supposed to Work
The program centers around the idea of “downloading” your hero’s talents by deeply immersing yourself in their mindset. It leverages:
Modeling: Visualizing and embodying your role model’s behaviors and mindset.
Hypnotic anchoring and trance states: To deeply imprint the toward-behavior mindset.
NLP techniques: Visualization, affirmations, kinesthetic anchoring, and reframing.
Mindset alignment: Acting “as if” you already have the skills and mindset you aim to develop.
