Go from procrastinating, to relentlessly pursuing the things that matter most in your life. Experience a transformed perspective, one that gives you the “secret sauce” to living life FULL OUT!
The purpose of this 21 day challenge is to make you less-prone to life-wasting activities, and MORE-prone to taking action on the goals and projects that give your life meaning and purpose.
The you that walks out of this challenge, will be an action-taker. You’ll be approaching the things that matter to you most your life differently –Â You’ll be doing them.
Now let’s take a look at how the program will work…
This challenge is like nothing we’ve ever done before. As we said earlier, knowledge doesn’t teach… only experience does.
Let’s take a look at how the 21 Day Challenge will be structured over the next few weeks:
Every day there will be a new challenge to help you experience transformation and freedom from procrastination.
These challenges are radical. They may be uncomfortable at times – but they will have a profound impact on how you approach procrastination & distraction from here on out!
At the beginning of each day you’ll receive an email with the link to a video and instructions for that day’s exercise.
The videos are designed to teach you about WHY and HOW you procrastinate, and how to make positive transformation possible…
It’s a well-known fact that we’re influenced by those around us. The ikario community was created for exactly that. For people like YOU to have a positive influence on each other.
Over the next 21 days, you will use the community to collaborate and communicate with others in the challenge!
Hi, I’m Shane Melaugh, I’m a serial entrepreneur and I began eliminating my procrastination problem over 10 years ago.
Since then, I’ve built up several successful businesses, built highly effective teams from the ground up, spoken at events to large crowds and published hundreds of articles as well as over 1,000 videos.
People assume because I’m successful that I’ve never struggled with procrastination – but the truth is I used to be a scatterbrain!
Now, I believe that the value of productivity is in what you ship – what you actually deliver and how that affects other people and the world. And I’m excited to teach this kind of pragmatic, results driven approach to people like you!
Wondering what these “21 Challenges” will be? Here are some examples from the program:
Learn how to turn procrastination on it’s head. Create a virtuous cycle where you become more & more pulled to take action on your dreams and ambitions as the days go on.
Anything significant you want to achieve requires output. Learn to go from “consumer” to “producer” and make meaningful progress on the projects that matter to you.
Instead of your device owning you, you can own your device. Identify the ways in which you mindlessly use your phone, and how you can be 100% in control.
On some days, you’ll be asked to share and communicate with other members in the ikario community to help come to grips with the obstacles & demons in your way.
Sometimes, “productive” distractions are just as bad as toxic distractions. Learn how to identify and neutralize eduscapism, as well as brain-numbing wasteful distraction (escapism).
A simple practice to go from overstimulated by devices to the exact opposite: under-stimulated. From this state, you’ll see how easy it can be to work towards your goals!
Psychological time is about learning to be more deliberate about your time and get more presence, fulfillment, and enjoyment out of your days.
Introspective writing can be a powerful tool – if used in the right way. Our specific journalling exercises will help you identify what is truly getting in your way, and how to eliminate it.
The 21 day program will be divided into 3 separate weeks, with 3 separate goals:
The first step in eliminating procrastinating for good awareness. In this first week the challenges will help you to get 100% clarity around what’s holding you back from taking action.
Learn WHY you procrastinate, and HOW you procrastinate.
After week 1, you’ll be prepared to start tackling the problem. But first, you need the right tools. This week’s exercises will be focused on tools directly related to dealing with procrastination head on.
Now that you have the freedom to design your life how you want – what do you want to spend time doing? This is an exciting point in the challenge, where YOU get to design how to use your time more effectively from here on out.
