In this module, you’ll lay the foundation to become a truly transformative conscious coach, empowering you to guide others toward lasting, life-changing results.
We’ll map out the journey to Souliná certification, dive into the essentials of conscious coaching, and master the 8 core principles to elevate yourself—and the impact you have on your clients—to new heights.
2) Core Skills For Conscious Coaching
You’ll gain all the essential skills for conscious coaching: how to quickly build trust, hold space effectively, give impactful feedback, and develop your unique, intuitive coaching style.
Learn how to create a safe, transformative environment for your clients while avoiding common pitfalls that can block their breakthroughs.
3) The Souliná Process
The Souliná Process is our proven transformation system that you will learn in a LIVE, immersive, hands on sort of way.
Victor will guide you through it so you can experience it, while breaking down the 4th wall and explaining everything he’s doing!
This is so that you have a very visceral and deep understanding of it so you can execute it to the absolute fullest with your clients.

This is where Vic and Aaron pull back the curtain and teach you all of their personal techniques they use in 1 on 1 and group settings.
