3 Week Yoga RetreatΒ is a beginner-friendly yoga program designed for those who feel intimidated by complex poses or think theyβre not flexible enough. It guides you through three weeks of basic yoga classes to reduce stress, improve flexibility, and enhance balance. The program starts on a Monday and includes a class calendar for easy tracking.
No equipment is required (though a mat, block, and strap can help), and each move has a modifier for beginners. The program features four expert instructors:

Week 1 β Foundation with Vytas: Learn yoga basics and foundational poses like Warrior 2 and Triangle.

Week 2 β Expansion with Elise: Build on Week 1 with more dynamic poses like Downward Dog and Upward Dog.

Week 3 β Progression with Ted: Increase your skill and understanding with poses like Twisted Triangle and Tree Pose.
