Brief Introduction
Do any of these sound familiar?
✔️ You feel confident in your ideas, but struggle to express them under pressure
✔️ You freeze, fumble, or rush when speaking in front of others
✔️ You want to command the room—but your voice, nerves, or delivery let you down
✔️ You get told to “slow down,” “speak up,” or “relax” and don’t know how
✔️ You’re fine one-on-one, but the moment it’s a group, your presence disappears
✔️ You’ve watched countless videos and read articles, but nothing seems to stick
You’re not alone—and the good news is, this is all trainable.
This isn’t another tips-and-tricks course.
This is a structured, practical training program that builds your speaking ability from the ground up using my proven Three P System:
Together, these three areas cover everything you need to become a grounded, powerful, and authentic public speaker.
You’ll gain:
✔️ Confidence to speak clearly, calmly, and with impact
✔️ The ability to handle nerves and stay present in high-stakes situations
✔️ A stronger, more resonant voice that carries authority
✔️ Body language and presence that support your message
✔️ Practical skills to engage, connect, and persuade any audience
When I was about eight or nine, a teacher told me I had a terrible voice and shouldn’t sing. I took that to heart. I was already shy, quiet, and navigating a rough home life—bouncing between foster homes while my mum was ill. That comment, from someone in authority, shut me down.
I stopped wanting to be heard. I pulled back from the world.
Growing up in East London in the ’80s—with ginger hair, an Irish surname, and a Jehovah’s Witness background—I didn’t fit in. I was the kid who got labelled “a bit of a loner,” and escaped into art and daydreams just to survive. Like many people, I started to disappear inside myself.
At 14, I joined a band. I wasn’t a good singer, but it gave me permission to make noise again. Later, I started voice lessons with an opera and rock coach who helped me unlock something I didn’t know I had. But even when I could sing, I still didn’t like speaking.
That came much later—after I’d worked stressful jobs, hit burnout, and realised I was mumbling so badly I couldn’t even be understood on the phone. I was still hiding.
It wasn’t until I started acting training, speech work, and connecting breath to body that I truly found my voice—not just on stage, but in everyday life. I rebuilt it from the inside out.
And now? I’ve performed live to over four million people. I hold a Master’s degree in acting. I teach workshops and give keynotes on this very subject—how to find and use your voice when it matters most.
But it’s not just about technique. That’s where most public speaking training stops. They’ll show you how to deliver, but not how to believe in what you’re saying. They won’t help you face the inner critic, the fear of being seen, the old voices that told you to stay quiet.
That’s what this course is for.
To help you calm the noise, focus your energy, and find the courage to speak—not like someone else, but like yourself, with presence, clarity, and strength.
