This system is responsible for 5 figures worth of new business for our clients each month.

(Please note: The first 90’ish days will be tactical — focusing on getting your offers to the market and cash flowing from the right clients so there’s less pressure to take the wrong clients like you were forced to do early on).

Once your Core Offer is producing sales and cash is flowing, we’ll work with you to grow to consistent $20k-40k months by optimizing your marketing, sales, and delivery systems until you’re getting clients and delivering with the minimum amount of you.

We’ll install the right systems and bring in some team to help you out and buy back your time to unlock the capacity and bandwidth for Phase 2.

Phase 2: Expand Your Income Streams and Scale Profits

In Phase 2, we create leverage by expanding your revenue streams by packaging your expertise into training, consulting and products.

1. Design & Launch Your Members Offer. This is a $5-$30k leveraged program with recurring revenue that is delivered done-with-you and is 1:small group or 1:many — as training, consulting, coaching, and/or a hybrid approach.
2. Craft & Deploy Your Customer Offer. We’ll show you how to use small high-converting workshops or light digital products to acquire customers and ascend the right ones into either Members or Clients increasing their lifetime value.
3. Upgrade Your Infrastructure. As you grow and scale your marketing, sales, and delivery, the systems, team, and business operating system will need to up level to maintain healthy margins without sucking you back in.
4. Pursue Financial and Lifestyle Independence. We’ll work with you to get your business to produce your desired cash flow and profits to reinvest in building a life on your terms. For many of our members that’s $100k/month in revenue with 40-50% profits.
