MINDFULNESS
Dr. Mike will answer your questions about mindfulness. This will allow you to live more fully in the present and help you set yourself up for success when pushing yourself.

Dr. Mike and the world-Dr. Albert Bandura, a renowned psychologist, will share optimism and explain why it is important in your psychological framework. He will also discuss how it can be the lens through the which you see the world.
