I remember when I first set up my cleaning business, thinking “how hard can this be?”
You find people wanting their home (or offices) cleaning, find some cleaners to clean them and then take a slice of the profits.
HOW WRONG I WAS…
Looking back, I didn’t appreciate the MULTIPLE challenges and complexities involved in managing and growing a cleaning business.
Thankfully, fast forward to today and through a HUGE amount of trial and error, things now run pretty much on autopilot.
My cleaning business – Neat Services – is now in 4 cities, and I spend just 2-HOURS PER WEEK on the business.
