With LET’S GET UP!, you’ll work out 6 days a week, 30 to 35 minutes a day, for 30 days. Each week Shaun Guides you through 4 dances-Conditioning workouts and 2 dumbbell resistance exercises. These dance workouts are simple and use bodyweight exercises to get your heart pumping. Shaun You can increase the intensity (and your fitness) by having a moment of INSANITY-Style intervals. The resistance workouts are fun and keep you smiling, while you work out with dumbbells to increase muscular endurance and strength. You can also groove to a beat! You can do this program even if you don’t have any dance or fitness experience. To keep LET’S GET UP! exciting, Shaun It is designed so you can choose your path: Take the 30-Day calendar available or choose any workout in any order.

For easy steps to get started, and to track your progress, please visit the following link. You can find the Beachbody Quick Start Nutrition guide for an overview of the 2B Mindset and Ultimate Protein Fix healthy nutrition programs, as well as strategies for meal planning and preparation, and delicious recipe ideas. Prepare yourself for the program by trying the Sample Workout, watching the Dance Basics videos, and doing the Dance Conditioning: LET’S TURN UP! Pre-workout. You’ll use no equipment in the dance workouts. For the resistance workouts, you’ll need light and medium dumbbells.
