For several years, I led a private program helping over 150 senior executives design more intentional lives. For the first time, it’s available to the public. Discover how to cast a compelling vision for your life, create a concrete plan for getting there, and build the necessary systems to make it happen.
What Is This Program About?
In 2022-2023, I led over 150 senior executives through a 6-week program to help them design a better life.
These people were great at their jobs, but worried they weren’t building toward anything meaningful. At the same time they often felt like the rest of their lives were out of whack.
And when we dug under the surface, there were usually 3 primary issues preventing them from accomplishing more with their lives:
- They didn’t have a comprehensive, compelling vision.
- They didn’t have a concrete plan for how to get there from here.
- They didn’t have the personal operating system to execute the plan
This was never meant to be my full time thing, and I stopped running the program in 2024 to focus on my primary business. But I kept getting asked when I would run a cohort again.
I have no desire to become an influencer. But the program seems to truly help people. So after the urging of dozens of people, I decided to turn the curriculum into an online course and make it available to a broader audience.
What We Cover:
- Craft a compelling vision for the next 10 years of your life.
- Identify the values you want to model your life off of.
- Translate that 10 year vision into 3 year and 1 year objectives.
- Implement a complete system for managing the projects, relationships, and knowledge in your life.
- Identify systems and routines that fit into the natural cadence of your life, many of which can be automated so you don’t have to think about it.
- Create a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly operating cadence for managing the execution of your plan.
