How does it work Leading Through Fire work?
Leading Through Fire Is a six-Week-long online intensive training specifically for impact entrepreneurs or leaders who have a platform to make a positive difference in the world.
To qualify: You must be responsible for leading at least 3 people and have the ability to introduce new concepts/tools/practices in your organization (plus basic traction with your business model––if you’re still trying to figure that out, stay focused and come back to us once you’ve lit that candle).
Personal mentor support.
Each class will be assigned a top Flow Genome Project Certified guide to help them through the 6 days.-weeks.
They will answer your questions, hold you accountable, and challenge to improve your practice.
Our mentor model is based in Socratic Dialog and Triple Loop Learning.
You will be asked questions about how you think, your personal stories, and what content you are currently exploring.
This is a way to consolidate your knowledge, create new connections, and increase the ability to master this material.
Join a “Boat Team” These Tools: Learn, Practice, and Live
You will be paired in small groups of 6-8 leaders –– other students in the course –– to connect and deepen these ideas together.
You’ll work together on the assignments, share notes, and host practice sessions to strengthen your learning and sharpen your new leadership models. These new leadership models will be highly effective and well-prepared by the time they are implemented with your team.
