I read through ALL of the scientific literature.
I Collected A Set Of Muscle-Building Principles that are Clashed Against All The Fitness Industry’s “Common Knowledge”
It’s kind of crazy…
These are the most scientific of all sciences-Based, research-backed principles available.
They are almost never used in online workouts, shared on forums, or shown on YouTube.
But I also gathered these muscles.-building principles, I discovered that they were used by some of the most prolific bodybuilders in history…
Dorian Yates (6x Mr. Olympia Award Winner), Casey Viator (6x Mr. America Youngest Ever Winner), and Mike Mentzer (2x perfect score in bodybuilding, giving Mike a perfect physique), just to name a few.
But these principles are proven to work regardless of whether you’re on juice or not..
At least, that’s what the research said.
The question is…
You can see that the 1980 Mr. Olympia was full of talent.
The Mike Menzter, an eccentric bodybuilder and main attraction, was the main attraction.
In 1978, Mentzer received a PERFECT SCORE… The Only one bodybuilder has ever done so.
Mentzer’s unique training approach is what made him stand out.
He developed his “perfect” You can transform your body in just a few 30 minute training sessions per week.
He was clearly achieving better results than his competitors.
Arnold, who was a finalist in the 1980 Mr. Olympia contest, was also part of that competition.
Here’s where the controversy begins:
The Mr. Olympia competitors pointed out that Arnold was only 80-90% of his former greatness.
In other words, the competitors didn’t think Arnold stood a chance.
Arnold won the competition day.
The The audience booed the decision.
Some of the competitors left the stage and took their place on the spot.
Many publications and writers also pointed out that the decision has eroded the credibility of bodybuilding.
Why did Arnold win when his physique didn’t hold a candle to the other competitors?
Some claim it was starpower.
Others have also connected dots and called it conspiracies.
Whatever the reason, this controversy changed everything about the fitness industry.
Arnold’s 5 day a week, 1-Training sessions of 2 hours became the norm.
And the principles that made jaw-In two 30 minute sessions, I was able to lose time and drop my physique.
Because in just three short months, 90 days, I packed on around 20 pounds of muscle…
This was all without steroids.
Without testosterone supplements
Most guys don’t follow the five-day per week training regimen.
I called the agency back and I became their most prolific fitness model that year, doing shoots for Under Armour, Men’s Health, MuscleTech, Amazon, and more.
But most importantly…
My friends and family took note of my rapid transformation…
And after clearing up their skepticism (I’d be skeptical too, if I didn’t know what I know now), I began to teach them.

First, you need to be able to:
Why Most Guys Don’t Build Muscle,
No matter how hard they try
It has nothing do with genetics, hormones, age, or diet.
The problem’s simple:
Guys go to the gym too often and do too little.
When they’re at the gym, they’re simply moving their bodies.
In other words, they’re not giving their muscles the stimulus they need to grow.
Even if they’re lifting heavy weights.
Even if they’re doing supersets and dropsets.
Even if they’re doing tons and tons of reps.
They’re not signaling the muscle to grow.
How is that possible?
Well, you might’ve heard the idea that in order to build muscle, you need to tear it up.
Let it rebound.
Allow it to grow stronger and bigger.
This is the common. “how to build muscle” explanation…
But it’s wrong.
There’s very little evidence that damaging your muscle leads to growth.
The only studies that concluded that muscle damage sparks gains comes from studies on rats and men injected with testosterone who didn’t train.
And even those weren’t 100% conclusive.
Some studies showed that muscle damage actually hindered more muscle growth than it helped.
Most of the workouts you’ll find being sold online, swapped in forums, and shared on YouTube are built around this unproven theory.
This theory is the basis of most advice in the fitness industry.
This is the problem.
When you’re training on this basis,
You’re Only Stimulating “Half” Your Muscle
And the “half” of the muscle you ARE stimulating, isn’t very receptive to growth.
You see, there are two types of muscle fibers.
There are also slow twitch fibers that are smaller and are used in endurance sports.
There are also fast-twitch fibers that are larger and more explosive.
The Fast twitch fibers are also more susceptible to growth.
And this is why there’s a vast difference in the body of a marathon runner versus an NFL athlete.
Marathon runners are slow-twitch dominant, so they’re slender and skinny.
But an NFL running back can be fast-twitch dominant, so they’re built like brick walls.
Now, here’s what most people don’t realize:
When you pick up a dumbbell and start curling it, you’re engaging your slow twitch fibers first.
It’s not until around rep 7 or 8 that you start to tap into your fast twitch fibers.
Your set will end just as fast twitch fibers get fired up.
So why not just do more reps!
The problem is… As you do more reps, you give your slow twitch muscle fibers time to recover.
Once they’re fully recovered, they can take over.
So in short… The way most guys are training…
The Five days a week, 1-2 hour workouts, 3 sets of 10, 20 sets per muscle…
Mostly stimulates the slow-Twitch muscle fibers.
Again, slow development is possible-Twitch muscle fibers.
But they don’t deliver explosive growth like training fast-Twitch fibers are.
This is why SOME guys achieve results following the traditional 5-Day Approach
Because if you’re a guy who’s fast-twitch fiber dominant… AKA, you have great genetics…
You could do almost anything and grow.
But most of us aren’t genetic freaks…
The standard muscle is now available.-building approach just doesn’t work for us.
Most don’t realize their metabolism plays a key role in building muscle.
You can see that your muscles send signals to the metabolism for energy when you lift weights.
When your metabolism moves energy to the muscle, byproducts (known as metabolites), are left behind.
And it’s the presence of metabolites that fire up your muscle-Building pathways.
Now here’s the problem:
The Traditional lifting is done by reducing stress on the metabolism.
This interrupts muscle-Building signaling
And this is why guys are leaving a lot of results.
